Vet Elite Veterinary Clinic
Vet Elite Clinic is conceived as a contemporary veterinary environment that brings clinical care, retail, grooming and dedicated social spaces together within a unified interior. Rather than approaching the clinic as a purely medical facility, the design creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere for both animals and their owners, while maintaining the functional clarity required by a veterinary practice.
Program: Veterinary Clinic, 530 sqm
Year: 2026
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
The spatial organization is structured around a central reception and circulation area, providing clear orientation between the different functions of the clinic. Treatment and examination rooms are positioned alongside dedicated cat and dog areas, grooming rooms, administrative spaces and a pet shop, allowing each program to retain its own identity while remaining visually connected to the whole.
The double-height entrance acts as the main focal point of the project. Vertical timber elements extend through the space and continue across the ceiling, reinforcing the height of the interior and creating a strong visual connection between levels. Waiting areas are integrated into the architecture as smaller, more intimate zones, including separate cat and dog lounges designed to reduce interaction and provide a calmer experience for animals.
Retail displays, pet amenities, signage and storage are treated as part of the architectural language rather than added elements. This consistent approach creates an interior that balances the technical requirements of veterinary care with a warm, approachable and hospitality-oriented identity.
A restrained material palette of light oak, warm off-white surfaces, soft grey flooring and subtle purple accents defines the interior. Rounded openings, integrated display niches and built-in furniture soften the clinical character of the spaces, while transparent partitions introduce visual continuity and allow natural light to extend deeper into the plan. Warm integrated lighting is used throughout to emphasize architectural elements and create a more comfortable atmosphere.
