Dental Clinic Design Bravodent | İpek Baycan Architecture
The Bravodent Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic brings together the core principles of contemporary healthcare architecture hygiene, transparency, and intuitive circulation through a clear and cohesive spatial narrative. Rather than treating the clinical programme as a purely functional layout, the project is conceived as a holistic architectural experience that prioritises user perception and comfort.
From the entrance onwards, transparent glass surfaces establish an immediate sense of openness and trust, while a clearly defined linear circulation axis intuitively guides users through the space. The use of glass partitions for the examination rooms preserves visual continuity and enhances spatial legibility, allowing the internal organisation of the clinic to be easily perceived. This transparency is further strengthened by deep blue framing elements and graphic details that give the interior a strong and recognisable identity.

In the waiting areas, darker surface tones, vertically articulated wall elements and carefully controlled lighting soften the clinical atmosphere, transforming it into a calm and welcoming environment. Seating areas are integrated seamlessly into the circulation flow, while wayfinding graphics become an integral architectural element rather than an added layer.
Within the examination rooms, a restrained palette dominated by white reinforces the perception of cleanliness and sterility. Medical equipment and storage units are integrated into continuous wall systems, reducing visual clutter and supporting an efficient working environment. Large glass doors allow natural light to penetrate deep into the interior, while privacy is subtly maintained through translucent and opaque surfaces.

The paediatric dentistry area introduces a warmer and more playful character through the use of vibrant seating elements and child-scale details. While remaining consistent with the clinic’s overall architectural language, this space offers a distinct and comforting experience tailored specifically to younger patients.
Designed by İpek Baycan Architecture, the Bravodent Polyclinic stands out as a refined healthcare project that combines clear spatial organisation, a strong graphic language and a human-centred design approach. Beyond fulfilling its clinical functions, the project offers a calm, legible and contemporary healthcare environment where architecture actively contributes to the overall treatment experience.
