D House Mandarin Oriental

The housing located in Bodrum Mandarin Oriental Residences consists of 4 rooms, a living space of 375 m², and 500 m² of exterior space. The interior is designed in harmony with the colors and textures of the existing Mandarin Complex, maintaining masculine colors and natural materials. In designing the housing, we considered the tendencies of Bodrum living by integrating the interior and exterior to create a holistic approach. Each quarter of the interior is designed in relation to the outdoor spaces, with the dining table and outdoor lounge furniture placed to complement the interior spaces. This minimalistic approach and sense of coziness extend to the exterior through carefully chosen furniture. The project aims to develop different quarters with a variety of themes while preserving a cohesive design attitude.

As you enter the building, you are welcomed by a waiting table with a lit bonsai tree behind it. A dominant wall, clad in Titanium Black Marble, guides us to one of the most interesting parts of the interior: the reading corner. The reading corner consists of two armchairs and two coffee tables, creating a cozy environment. The marble wall is connected to a drinks closet, designed along the existing bare kitchen wall, enhancing the kitchen by showcasing glasses and bottles in an engaging display.
