Boutique Dermatology and Aesthetics Clinic

Boutique Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic is a holistic architectural and interior design project by İpek Baycan Architects, developed as a multi-story building organized around open spaces that function as internal courtyards. These voids form the backbone of the spatial concept, allowing daylight to penetrate deep into the building and creating visual connections between different levels.

Clinical functions are arranged around these open spaces, supporting clear circulation and intuitive wayfinding while offering moments of openness within a highly technical medical program. Public areas such as reception and waiting zones are positioned along the main circulation paths, benefiting from natural light and visual continuity, while treatment and procedure rooms are carefully placed to ensure privacy and functional efficiency.

The material palette is intentionally calm and refined, combining soft textures with clean, durable surfaces suited to a medical environment. Together with controlled lighting, these elements contribute to a tranquil atmosphere that supports both patient comfort and professional use.

By integrating architectural form and interior experience, the project transforms a compact healthcare program into a spatially rich and well-balanced clinical environment.
