Boutique Dental Polyclinic
Boutique Dental Clinic is a 925 m² project bringing together the design of the building façade, two floors of dental polyclinic, and one office floor within a single architectural identity. The project approaches the building as a composition of different functions, using shifts in material, texture, and proportion to make the program legible from the exterior. Rather than treating the façade as a uniform surface, each part of the building is given its own expression while remaining part of a coherent whole.

At street level, the ground floor, dedicated to a luxury retail space, is defined by a darker ceramic cladding and large glazed openings that create a strong relationship with the street. Above, the two floors accommodating the dental polyclinic are wrapped in a lighter tone of the same ceramic, establishing continuity in material while distinguishing the healthcare program from the commercial base. The vertical circulation is expressed as a separate volume through a contrasting textured finish, giving the façade a clear vertical emphasis. The office floor at the top is set apart once again through a change in material and a more restrained architectural language, completing the layered composition of the building.
The interiors of the dental polyclinic are conceived as an extension of this approach, where each floor develops its own character within a shared design language. The treatment floor is defined by warm plum tones, while the Invisalign floor introduces a deep blue palette. These colors are combined with soft beige surfaces, stone textures, bronze details, and integrated warm lighting, creating an atmosphere that moves away from the conventional clinical environment.
Despite their different identities, both polyclinic floors follow a similar spatial strategy. Upon arrival, visitors are welcomed into an open reception and waiting area that acts as the main point of orientation. From here, treatment and consultation rooms are distributed along the perimeter of the building, benefiting from natural light and views through the façade. A central volume is positioned behind the reception as the organizational core of each floor. Much like a nucleus, this volume gathers the more enclosed supporting functions while allowing circulation to flow naturally around it, creating a clear and intuitive route towards the clinical spaces.
Transparent partitions and carefully framed openings maintain visual depth between spaces, while display niches, digital information points, product showcases, and integrated signage turn circulation into an active part of the visitor experience. The result is a clinic where movement, waiting, consultation, and treatment are connected through a continuous spatial sequence.
Through its architecture and interiors, Boutique Dental Clinic aims to balance the technical requirements of a contemporary dental facility with the comfort and refinement of a hospitality environment. From the differentiated façade to the fluid circulation and carefully detailed interiors, the project establishes a recognizable identity at every scale, creating a healthcare environment that feels both professional and welcoming.
